About these terms

These terms are between you and Vaibhav Visuals India Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”). They cover the ShortFlix V app and this website. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms.

Who can use it

You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Some shows are rated 16+, 18+ or adults only, and you may watch them only if you meet that age. You must give your real date of birth when asked, and you must not use the app to get around an age limit.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your phone, your Google account and any parental PIN private. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Keep to one account per person. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile, Settings, Delete account).

The shows

The shows, audio, subtitles, artwork and other content in the app belong to us or to the studios that license them to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to watch and listen to them in the app for your own non-commercial use.

You may not download, copy, record, re-upload, sell, rent or publicly show the content, or remove its protections.

Some shows are available only in certain countries, or only to certain ages. We apply these limits using your IP address and date of birth. You must not use a VPN or any other method to get around them.

Gold

Gold is a virtual item inside the app. You can earn it (for example by daily check-ins, watching ads, playing games and inviting friends) and use it to unlock episodes.

• Gold has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold to another person.
• Limits apply to how much Gold you can earn in a day. We may change what each action earns, the limits, and the price of unlocking, and we will apply changes going forward.
• We may remove Gold earned through cheating, fake accounts or misuse of the app.
• Unspent Gold is lost if your account is deleted.

Premium and purchases

Premium plans give extra access or benefits for a fixed period, such as unlocked shows, fewer ads or higher video quality. The plan page in the app shows exactly what each plan gives, its price and how long it lasts.

• A Premium plan is a single payment for the period you choose. It does not renew by itself.
• Payments are made through Google Play and are also covered by Google Play’s terms. Refunds follow Google Play’s refund rules and any rights you have under law.
• A coupon code or a first-purchase offer gives the lower of the two prices, and cannot be combined.
• Deleting your account does not refund a plan you have already paid for.

Invites and sharing

You can invite friends with your invite code. Rewards are paid only when the rules in the app are met, for example after your friend has watched for a short time, and within the limits shown in the app. We may withhold or remove rewards if we find fake accounts, self-invites or other misuse. When you share a show, a link and preview are created. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.

Ads

The app may show ads, including ads you choose to watch to earn Gold. We are not responsible for the products or services advertised.

Rules of use

You agree not to:

• break the law or another person’s rights while using the app;
• use bots, scripts, emulators or other automation to earn Gold or to affect counts such as views and likes;
• create or use more than one account to earn extra rewards;
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app, our servers or other people’s use;
• send us abusive, unlawful or misleading messages.

Ending your use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse the app, or if we have to by law, and where we reasonably can, we will tell you why. We may also stop offering the app or parts of it.

Availability

We work to keep the app running, but we provide it “as is”. It may be unavailable at times for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and shows may be added, changed or removed, for example when a licence ends.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for losses you suffer that we cause by our own fault, as far as the law makes us. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for problems caused by your phone, your network or other services such as Google Play. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we make an important change we will tell you in the app or by notification. If you keep using the app after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of [city], India have jurisdiction over disputes, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
